Positive features of sport are evident. Physical exercises help take off nervousness and pressure that a man has every day after work. Regular exercises develop boldness, discipline, and self-control in full measure. Adams is social – he is easy to deal with – he has lots of friends. He is always in good spirits and has a sense of humor – he is never gloomy and dull. Every day he goes to the nearest sport club to train his muscles. He is planning to take part in the coming competitions – scared to miss them. However he is concerning about his feet – sometimes he feels unusual pain in muscles – it lasts for an hour at least.
